Mr. Peter Falis a Chief Operating Officer brings more than 15 years of diverse commercial experience in various business executive roles including Automotive industry distribution for US company Heading Country operations in the Czech and Slovak territory covering  Market entry strategy, Sales & Marketing, Finance.

In Banking as a hands-on experienced professional and manager in capital markets (equity and debt), investment banking, asset management and treasury in CEE, UK & IR. Later for Investment Company focused on Project Development in Renewable and alternative energy. During his assignment for Big 4 Advisory Mr.Falis was responsible for Regulated industries (telecom, Pharma, energy, waste and utilities), foreign investments, PPP projects, Business Development cross services incl. coordination of international projects 26 countries.

Active membership in many Chambers and Professional Associations as well as personal and working relationship to many Executives in European industry,  Financial / Investment Groups, ,Big4 Advisory, Lawyers, etc.

He studied Master in Business and Finance from University of Economics, and Match in Bratislava.

Prof. Dr. Ivan Salamon from Department of Ecology, Faculty of Humanities and Natural Sciences, University of Presov brings more than 30 years of scientific experience. He is the managing investigator of several R & D projects of medicinal and aromatic plants, speacialized in general ecology and ecology of individuals & populations, ecophysiology of medicinal plants, botany, biodiversity and gene pool protection, environmental technologies, environmental chemistry, GC, LC, AAS.

He is the principal author of the patent – the freeze-drying technology (lyophilization), as unique methods of anthocyanin isolation from medicinal plant small fruits, Chamomile variety “LIANKA” with the high content of /-/-α-bisabolol and Peppermint variety “KRISTINKA” with the high content of menthol of essential oils. Both varieties are certificated by the Community Plant Variety Office (CPVO), which is the EU Agency responsible for the management of the Community Plant Variety Rights System and located in Angers, France.

Brings more than 40 years of Pharma distribution and compliance experience gained from various pharma positions as Resposible Head for Distribution Center at Saneca Pharmaceutical, as Resposible officer at Sanofi Aventis in relation for all area in Distribution and to Ministry of Health, as Transport manager at Zentiva resposible for truck, air, ship distribution. Distribution manager at Leciva resposible for distribution and finance. Marketing Head in Medika resposible for sales and partnership with Pharmacies.

Mr. Csoka in his carrer has obtained many certificates from Production and Distribution of drugs and pharma materials, Quality, Pharma Policy, ADR – transport of dangerous substances, Storage and distribution, FARD requirements for API production, Post-register control, New trends in EU – comply with best EU Production Praxis, Legislation in area of falsify medicine and many more.

He studied Pharmacology and Radiology at Comenius Univerisity Bratislava and obtained a postgraduate in Production & Economy from High Economy School in Prague.
